Who are we?
Were Bump - a community thats bringing people together in the real world for them to meet and make meaningful connections. We host events in your city where you can come and meet people just like you. Bump events range from music to drinks to sports to hobbies, no matter who you are well have an event youll love.

The purpose of Bump is to help people make friends and build community. We trying to tackle the growing loneliness epidemic by making it easier to find your people and make new friends. Were hoping this make everyone happier as a result and do our bit to have a positive impact on society.


How does it work?
Find meetups and social events near you and in your city where you can meet new people and have fun. Some of our events are free, but some also require you to be selected for an invite before you are able to get your ticket.

To come along to one of our invite only events:
- Download the app and create your account.
- Create your profile. We use your profile to match you to events so you can meet people youre more more compatible with.
- Register to go to an event.
- If youre a match for the event youll be selected to receive an invite.
- We use our algorithm to select the people youll get on best with and then invite them to the event as well so you get to meet people youll get on with. The more you fill out your profile the more we get to know you and can better match you to events, which makes it more likely you get selected for an invite.
- Once youve got your invite head back to the app and get your event ticket.
- Invite your friends to go with you.
- Come along to the event and bump into new people.
- Add people you meet at the event as friends and message them using the Bump app, this shows us the kind of people you like and helps us better match you to future events so you have the best possible time with the right people.


Is it a dating app?
Bump isnt explicitly a dating app. But who knows, come along to one of our events and you might meet someone, or you might just meet some awesome new people and become friends with them. We reckon youve got a better chance with us at one of our events of hitting it off, than you do by spending hours of swiping and liking.

The Bump app is free to use. Members wanting to attend events can purchase event tickets once theyve received an invite.

Events are published periodically, if you dont see one you like then check back again to see what new events have been released.

Registering for an event does not guarantee you will receive an invite.
